Custom Machining for Custom Materials
CRC Distribution can deliver custom metal machining and materials in almost any form so that deliveries are ready to use in your particular application. Some of our machining capabilities for hydraulic rods and other components include:
Boring
Material can be bored as large as 28 inches in diameter and a maximum of 360 inches long.
Honing
Our machinists can hone material as large as 26 inches in diameter and a maximum of 720 inches long.
Gun Drilling
Drilling holes range from 0.125 to 12.5 inches in diameter and a maximum of 309 inches long.
Trepanning
The hole diameter range is from 1.75 to 12.5 inches and a maximum of 360 inches long.
Turning
Parts can be turned as small as 0.125 inches and a maximum of 30 inches in diameter.
Custom Parts
Custom parts can be machined to spec if you have drawings and requirements. We require customer-provided drawings for custom machining quotes.
