ALHT6250X6000 has a 0.125 in wall thickness. The ID is 6 in and the OD is 6.25 in. The material is 6063-T832 Aluminum.
Seamless extruded and cold-drawn. Hard coated on the ID which gives the aluminum tube a tough, abrasive-resitant surface.
6063-T832 Aluminum is used for pneumatic cylinder applications requiring very good corrosion resistance and/or light weight. Can also be used for low-pressure oil cylinders (250 psi or less).

Top-of-the-range twin lip rod seal designed to provide a dry sealing solution in heavy-duty applications.
The seal’s shell is molded in Hythane® 181, Hallite’s high-performance polyurethane, for easy installation and excellent low temperature performance.
The secondary sealing lip located behind the primary sealing lip improves stability of the seal in the gland. The unique profile of the NBR energizer ensures the primary sealing lips maintain contact under low or no pressure situations while ensuring proper sealing at higher pressures.
The Hallite 621 also incorporates an acetyl anti-extrusion ring to withstand side loads and extreme pressure peaks even with the extrusion gaps.
0.75 in induction hardened chrome shafting. The base material is 1045/1050 Carbon Steel with 0.0005 in (0.0127mm minimum)-thick chrome plating and a case depth of 0.05 in (1.27 mm).
Induction Hardened Chrome is typically used in abrasive envrionments where the cylinder is exposed to rocks or heavy debris. Also used to machine clevis pins.
