The Torque Monster Premier 50 Package is the flagship of the 50,000 ft/lb Torque Monster lineup, built for shops that want to disassemble, rebuild, and function-test cylinders without moving between separate stations.

It includes the same 20-foot table, push/pull cylinder, 2 oil trays, 2 tool trays, and hydraulic hoses found in our Advanced 50 Package, but replaces the standard power unit with a combination power unit and test stand — giving you the ability to cycle and pressure-test a rebuilt cylinder right at the bench before it goes back into service.

The 50,000 ft/lb torque head handles the heavy lifting of breaking loose seized piston nuts and cylinder glands, while the push/pull cylinder drives the rod assembly in and out of the barrel during teardown and reassembly. Once the cylinder is rebuilt, the integrated test stand lets you verify seal integrity, rod travel, and pressure performance on the same equipment — no need to disconnect, relocate, or hook up separate test rig hydraulics.

As with every Torque Monster package, the Premier 50 comes complete with all seven attachments:

13 Hex Plates (12 sizes from 80mm–170mm, plus a 1.5” socket plate) — 9” x 9” x 1” thick plates for gripping and turning nuts across a wide range of cylinder diameters

Front Eye Holder — anchors the front eye of the cylinder while the nut is broken loose

Back Eye Holder — rotates with the head to loosen the gland while the cylinder stays fixed in place

Gland Wrench Set — 2-in-1 pipe and spanner wrench combination for a secure, slip-free grip on end caps

2 Heavy-Duty 2.27-Ton Lifting Jacks — aluminum-padded jacks for precise rod and tube alignment

Push/Pull Plate — connects the bench to the back eye of the push/pull cylinder for smooth rod removal and reinstallation

2 Heavy-Duty Chain Vises — bench-mounted vises that hold cylinders firmly in place during teardown
