The Torque Monster Basic 50 Package builds on the same 50,000 ft/lb torque head and push/pull cylinder found in our Economy tier, but adds the workbench itself: a 20-foot table designed to support cylinders of significant length while they’re being disassembled, serviced, and rebuilt.

The table comes fitted with 2 oil trays to catch drips and keep the work area clean, 2 tool trays to keep wrenches and attachments within arm’s reach, and hydraulic hoses ready to connect to your own power unit (not included with this package).

The torque head generates the cracking force needed to break loose seized piston nuts and glands, while the push/pull cylinder handles driving the rod assembly in and out of the barrel.

As with every Torque Monster package, the Basic 50 includes the full attachment lineup:

13 Hex Plates (12 sizes from 80mm–170mm, plus a 1.5” socket plate) — 9” x 9” x 1” thick plates for gripping and turning nuts across a wide range of cylinder sizes

Front Eye Holder — anchors the front eye of the cylinder while the nut is broken loose

Back Eye Holder — rotates with the head to loosen the gland while keeping the cylinder in place

Gland Wrench Set — 2-in-1 pipe and spanner wrench combination for a secure, slip-free grip on end caps

2 Heavy-Duty 2.27-Ton Lifting Jacks — aluminum-padded jacks for precise rod and tube alignment

Push/Pull Plate — links the bench to the back eye of the push/pull cylinder for smooth rod removal and reinstallation

2 Heavy-Duty Chain Vices — bench-mounted vises that hold cylinders firmly in place during teardown

The Basic 50 is built for shops that want a dedicated, purpose-built repair table rather than mounting the torque head to an existing bench — giving you more usable workspace, better organization, and a cleaner shop floor.
