The Torque Monster Economy 50 Package is a complete hydraulic cylinder repair and disassembly system built for shops that rebuild cylinders on a regular basis.

At its core is a 50,000 ft/lb torque head that uses two counteracting hydraulic cylinders to generate the cracking force needed to break loose seized piston nuts and cylinder glands — jobs that are difficult, slow, and often unsafe to do by hand. A dedicated push/pull cylinder is included to drive the rod assembly in and out of the cylinder barrel cleanly and efficiently.

This package comes fully equipped with all seven attachments needed to handle a wide range of cylinder sizes and repair jobs:

13 Hex Plates (12 sizes from 80mm–170mm, plus a 1.5” socket plate) — 9” x 9” x 1” thick plates that lock into the head to grip and turn nuts of varying sizes

Front Eye Holder — secures the front eye of the cylinder while the nut is removed

Back Eye Holder — rotates with the head to loosen the gland while the cylinder stays fixed in place

Gland Wrench Set — a 2-in-1 pipe wrench and spanner wrench combination that grips end caps securely without slipping

2 Heavy-Duty 2.27-Ton Lifting Jacks — aluminum-padded jacks that align the rod or tube before torque is applied

Push/Pull Plate — connects the workbench to the back eye of the push/pull cylinder for smooth rod removal and installation

2 Heavy-Duty Chain Vises — bench-mounted vises that hold cylinders steady during disassembly and gland removal
