Torque Monster Ultimate 100 Package — 100,000 ft/lb Heavy-Duty Cylinder Repair Station
The Torque Monster Ultimate 100 Package is built for shops that regularly service large-bore, heavy-wall hydraulic cylinders where 50,000 ft/lb of torque simply isn’t enough. At its core is a 100,000 ft/lb torque head, generating twice the cracking force of our standard packages to break loose the most seized, corroded, or over-torqued piston nuts and cylinder glands. The extended 30-foot table gives you the length needed to support longer cylinders common in mining, heavy construction, and large mobile equipment applications, with an oil tray to keep the work area clean during teardown.
The package comes complete and ready to run, with a standard power unit and hydraulic hoses already matched to the system, 2 tool trays for keeping attachments organized at the bench, and a push/pull cylinder for driving the rod assembly cleanly in and out of the barrel. Like every Torque Monster package, the Ultimate 100 includes the full set of seven attachments:

13 Hex Plates (12 sizes from 80mm–170mm, plus a 1.5” socket plate) — 9” x 9” x 1” thick plates for gripping and turning nuts across a wide range of cylinder diameters
Front Eye Holder — anchors the front eye of the cylinder while the nut is broken loose
Back Eye Holder — rotates with the head to loosen the gland while the cylinder stays fixed in place
