Wipers

Wipers are installed in hydraulic cylinders to prevent dirt, dust, and moisture from entering the cylinder as they retract back into the system. A hydraulic wiper prevents contamination that could damage wear rings, seals, and other cylinder components. Contamination is one of the primary causes of premature seal and component failure in a fluid power system.
